Wow! has it really been that long since I posted to my blog. Well here goes!
Since it is my anniversary, the kid's will stay home this evening. They need goodies and snack foods. I think I will start with their favorite; Rotel cheese dip and chips. Then on to something a little more substancial, chicken quesedillas and cheese enchilladas. Now for a dessert. Ahh! Blue Bell ice cream and cookies!
There! That should hold 'em! I hope!
